Consortium

In order to ensure the optimal contribution of each member for achievement of the general objective of the Project, the following consortium of five institutions has been made.

The consortium was built taking into consideration the strengths of each partner and following the principle of complementarity. This consortium is based on long-term relationships existing between the consortium partners. The members of the consortium offer the ideal mix of consultancy, academic and practitioner knowledge and experience. High levels of technical competence, as well as a strong ability to communicate this advice are essential features of this project. Training and mentoring skills are also particularly important in the course of project implementation. The experience within the consortium ensures that we have the capacity to respond effectively to all key project demands.

All consortium members have capacity in building and training and strategies to support projects of this kind, and have close links to recent cutting-edge business development practices in Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany and Kazakhstan.
